1 Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member") and hhgg2 ("Platform"). By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the hhgg2 platform — whether via the website, mobile app, or any other digital platform — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be fully bound by these Terms.

2 Member Eligibility

3 Account Registration

5 Fund Withdrawal

Hhgg2 is committed to processing all valid withdrawal requests quickly and efficiently. Withdrawals are typically processed within 5 to 15 minutes for e-wallet methods and within 1 to 3 business days for online bank transfers.

• Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the same name as the hhgg2 member's account.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is MYR 30 per transaction unless otherwise stated in a specific promotional campaign.
• Hhgg2 reserves the right to request additional verification before approving withdrawals above a certain amount.
• Withdrawals will not be processed if there is an active bonus still undergoing rollover.

6 Bonus & Promotions

9 Account Suspension & Closure

• Failure to complete the KYC verification process within the specified timeframe.
• Suspicious activity or signs of fraud detected by the hhgg2 monitoring system.
• Requests from relevant legal authorities.

If your account is closed due to a Terms violation, all bonus funds that have not met their requirements will be forfeited. Valid real-money balances will be returned upon completion of the investigation, subject to applicable administrative cost deductions.
